Last summer, my wife and I were in the process of buying a house and had some trouble with the bank we had chosen. Eventually, even though we were an excellent candidate for a loan, they told me that they couldn’t provide a loan because the house had appraised too low. At this point, we were very close to missing out on the house of our dreams and needed some very swift action. My friend put me in touch with Lori at Network Funding and she went to work. Three weeks after contacting her, we were sitting at the closing table signing papers! It was really quite unbelievable due to the fact that we had been working with the other bank for nearly three months. Lori was always in constant communication with us to let us know how things were going and what she needed from us while she was working things on her end. The best part is that this extremely high level of service didn’t cost us anything extra; in fact the closing costs were slightly less than the original bank that we had been dealing with! Buying a house these days is a lot tougher than it used to be, but it can still be easy if you work with the right people. I will definitely be calling Lori again the next time we buy a house.

The dust has settled from the holidays and I’ve had time to consider the loan process you handled for us recently. You’ll recall that I had difficulties getting an executed copy of the contract from the realtor and as a result lost a week in processing on an already unrealistic closing date. However, it is clear to me that you did everything humanly possible to get this deal done before the first of the year.
